MEET ALYSE:
Hi! My name is Alyse, and I am a passionate and engaging Energy worker and Counsellor with 15+ years of experience in Employment Counselling and Coaching, in addition to my certification as a Reiki Practitioner and Guided Meditation Facilitator.
In 2018 I began my journey with Reiki, Chakras and Meditation. Meeting the person who would become my Reiki Master Teacher truly felt like coming home for me and it was a pivotal moment that helped shape the next chapter of my life. Starting with level one Reiki, I learned the in-depth history about Reiki and the lineage of practice I would embark on, the “Usui System of Natural Healing.” The attunement process to open the Crown Chakra and become a conduit for Reiki energy was a profound experience. I immediately experienced a deeper knowledge of myself and my purpose, I knew in my soul that Reiki would be integral to my life, now and forever. Self-Reiki was the start for me, and I utilized this new tool to alleviate pain in my own body from fibromyalgia and endometriosis. In 2019 I completed Reiki level two and received my second sacred attunements. And in 2021, I completed all the required case studies and processes to become a certified Reiki Practitioner. In January 2022, Earthstar Reiki and Relaxation was born.
Currently, I offer services in; Reiki and Guided Meditation as well as Resume Writing and Resume custom tailoring. A key area of my expertise is working with individuals who are experiencing job-related stress or moving through career transitions. I am a skilled counsellor, helping my clients stay motivated and focused on their goals while maintaining energetic alignment.
My formal post- secondary education is in the area of Social Service Work and I take great pride in maintaining strict confidentiality, as well as building trust and rapport with my clients.
I offer in home reiki services in Sarnia and surrounding area. I am equipped with a travel table and complete set up to provide a mobile Reiki service.
Energy Healing and Meditation supports overall health and wellbeing. Reiki healing can have profound impacts on the mind, body, and spirit.

COVID-19 Safety
Keeping you safe and Comfortable
We want your Reiki session to be as comfortable as possible. To keep everyone safe, we ask that both the client and practitioner wear a mask (face covering) at all times during the session. The massage table will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every single session, and fresh new sheets and blankets will be used for each client.
Earthstar Reiki and Relaxation Practitioners are up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines and boosters and continue to adhere to all Provincial guidelines and standards
COVID Waiver/Screening
Clients will be asked to complete a COVID screening waiver upon arrival to the clinic, or prior to the practitioner arriving at your home.
Hand washing
It is important that both the practitioner and the client wash or sanitize their hands thoroughly ahead of the start of the Reiki treatment.
