At Earthstar, we offer various individual services and supports in the following areas; Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Mediation and Stress Management services.

REIKI & ENERGY SERVICES:

One-Hour Reiki Session:

· Travel (Practitioner comes to your home): $90.00 (Within designated service region)

Energy Cleanse: $50.00
Do you feel that your home needs an energetic sweep? A practitioner will come to your home and use various tools of sounds and the burning of ethical herbs to perform an energetic “facelift” of your living space. (Within designated service region)

Guided Meditation: $60.00
Do you need help unwinding and relaxing into your breath? A practitioner will meet with you either in person or online and walk you through 30 - 45 minutes of meditation and deep breathing. The typical meditation offered by Earthstar is a “body scan” meditation, designed to bring awareness to your physical body and breath out tension. (Travel services within designated service region)

Why try Reiki?

Your physical body is alive and is filled up with the ‘life force energy’ that is flowing through it. Stress can be caused by conflicting thoughts and feelings of fear, worry, doubt, anger, and anxiety that become lodged in one’s subtle energy system. Medical science and research has determined that continual exposure to stress can block the body’s natural ability to repair, and protect itself.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and healing within the body. Reiki practitioners have gone through an attunement process, an ancient technology for fine tuning the physical and etheric bodies to a higher vibratory level. Opening certain chakras, enabling the practitioner to channel and vibrate higher amounts of Universal Life force energy, Reiki.

Are your services covered by insurance?

It depends on your insurance. Earthstar Reiki and Relaxation can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company.

What can I expect during a Reiki session?

A Reiki session involves the recipient laying down comfortably on a massage table. The Reiki practitioner will gently place their hands on the client to start the energetic connection. The practitioner will move their hands across different spots on the body over approximately 25 different positions, from the crown ( Top of the head) to the soles of the feet.

Can I talk/move during the session?

You can move around as much as you need to. This work does not require you to stay still or silent. Everyone experiences Reiki differently. As your body receives Reiki and releases that which is no longer serving you, you may feel the need to stretch, twitch or move around on the table. Some people will close their eyes and be so relaxed they fall asleep! Everyone experiences Reiki differently and in the way that is best for them and their healing. Your body will not take in any more Reiki energy than it needs, and you will not release anything that you are not fully ready to let go of

What will I feel/Experience?

Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some will feel heat, coolness, tingling, vibration and a deep sense of relaxation. Some will feel waves of emotions as their body releases what is no longer serving them. With eyes shut, some people will see colors, shapes, visions, or past memories and experiences. It is important to share your experiences with the practitioner as you are an active participant in your healing journey.
